Falcons Packers Game Preview

I have finally come back down from my high the Packers beating the Patriots. The win was huge and watching Tom Brady swear was classic. Now, the Falcons come to town. They are still talented offense. The Falcons defense is simply awful. Now, the Packers can get back to slinging the ball all over the field. Or can they? Is this a trap game? How the Packers win this game and avoid the trap game? The three things the Packers need to do.

  1. Defense- This is the game the defense needs to assert itself. The defense needs to get after Ryan early and often. The Packers cannot let the Falcons stay in this game. The Falcons can still score and the defense cannot have a fallout. The Packers defense is getting better and they cannot take a step back.
  2. Stay healthy- I know this is not a game point. The Packers have two road games in a row before coming back to Lambeau to play the Lions. They have a short week and cannot afford to lose any key players.
  3. Turnovers- The Packers cannot turn the ball over. Again, this game should be over by halftime and should give your starters a rest. The offense needs to run the offense to be perfect, not giving the Falcons any chance to come back. This should be an easy win.

The Falcons give us a scare early, but the Packers are too much. Packers 38-21 Falcons
