Kareem Copeland of the Green Bay Press-Gazette reports that Packers coach Mike McCarthy said Wednesday that running back James Starks will be a game-time decision. If Starks can go on Thanksgiving against the Lions, he’ll be a regular part of the backfield rotation. The Buffalo alum is dealing with a sprained knee and ankle.
