Green Bay and New York.  This game is between two desperate teams. Who thought the Packers would be desperate.  The Packers would love to be in the NFC Least. I mean NFC East. That way if they would lose this game they’ll still have a chance to make the playoffs.

Back to the preview of the game.  Three things to watch.

  1. Scott Tolzein: I like Scott Tolzein. Call me Crazy if you want too. Rodgers      called him a perfectionist on his weekly podcast show on ESPN Wisconsin. Tolzein   played well in his time. Jones should have been aware of the out of bound  lines, and Nelson did catch the pass in the end zone. Tolzein cannot carry this team like Rodgers.
  2. Packers  defense : It’s now or never for the defense. Clay Matthews could have use  of both hands this week. Last week he looked horrible with that club on his hand. The Secondary has been horrible. Casey Hayward looks like he is   done for the season. The Packers are dead last in interceptions. Eli Manning  is first the league in the interceptions. Something has to give.
  3. Special  Teams: Crosby is back in his groove. The missing field goals groove. This game is going to be close. We could need him in the end. Slocum needs to be aggressive like he was in the Bears game. Special teams is going to be  important in this game.

My final thoughts are that the Packers will win this game.  Packers 24-21 Giants. We have to stay positive. Hopefully, Rodgers will be back next week against Minnesota.
