No Worries Mate

With the loss of a great player like Cullen Jenkins and not resigning Jason Spitz, and Daryn Colledge. Many of us packer fans might be worried. Cullen was a hard nosed player who performed very well along side with B.J. Raji. He had 7 sacks last season in a 3-4 defense, that puts him as the leading defensive end for sacks in a 3-4 in the NFL. When you win a super bowl and lose any of your offensive lineman, it does not sit well.

It seems that coach McCarthy and Ted Thompson always has a young player to fill some big shoes. When Al Harris was injured a cornerback by the name of Tramon Williams emerged, soon to be named a shut down corner in the NFL. When that one guy that wears number 4 couldn’t decide what he should do, we get a super bowl MVP QB Aaron Rodgers (put on the belt). James Starks gave the packers an explosive running game after Ryan Grant got injured. Desmond Bishop did a great job filling in Barnett’s spot. You get the point.

So, with the opening spot at DE I’m sure that there is a young explosive player to take Jenkins spot. With one of the most dynamic D Coordinators in the league. Dom Capers is scouting out that young player right now in training camp. It Does not look like the packers defense will be backing off anytime soon. We have a great battle between 2 young hosses right now for a starting job on the O line. We have no worries packer fans.
