Driver Says He Has No Plans of Retiring Right Now

Kevin Seifert of reports during an interview with ESPN 1000 in Chicago, 36 year old Packers wide receiver Donald Driver said he has no plans to retire. He hopes to play after the expiration of his current contract, which pays him $9.6 million through the 2012 season.

“I don’t know why people have said I was going to retire,” Driver said. “My goal has always been that I was going to play until I’m 40. So I’m still going to play. I feel good. I feel like I haven’t lost anything.”
