Lombardi Ave reports that the Pack has brought back an old friend, running back Ahman Green:
Running back Ahman Green signed a one-year contract with the Packers. RB Green played seven of his 11 NFL seasons with the Packers from 2000 to 2006. He left signing a free-agent contract with the Houston Texans. Now, he is back with the Packers to share running duties with RB Grant. The Packers cleared room on the roster for Green by putting RB Wynn on IR.

With Wynn going on IR, this is a positive. The guy is older but was a stud and at 32 is still faster than Ryan Grant. He knows how to put his foot down and as a Nebraska guy, knows how to run behind a zone scheme.
