Posted in Football Outsiders has out their list of “The Top 10 unfilled roster holes,” and the Pack make the list with their unsettled RT spot. Here’s the story:
6. Green Bay Packers: Right Tackle
Longtime tackle Mark Tauscher was a free agent (not to mention injured), and although the Packers are switching from a zone-blocking scheme back into a man-on-man blocking scheme, the current favorite is Tony Moll, who’s generously listed at 305 pounds. Moll played at both right guard and right tackle last year, and the Packers were 27th in the league when running at either right tackle or right end.
