Packers defensive tackle Justin Harrell experienced a setback in his recovery from a back and hip injury during the team’s practice on Wednesday, and Harrell may require a third surgical procedure on his back to correct the injury. “We’ll do some tests at the end of the year and re-examine things,” Harrell said. “If it’s another surgery, then I guess that’s what has to happen.”
