Monday’s loss guaranteed the Packers a top-10 pick in April’s NFL draft. Only four teams — Detroit (0-15), St. Louis (2-13), Kansas City (2-13) and Cincinnati (3-11-1) — are guaranteed to finish with a worse record than the Packers. Cleveland, Oakland, Seattle are 4-11, the Packers and Jacksonville are 5-10 and San Francisco is 6-9. No other team can reach 10 losses. The first tiebreaker is strength of schedule. The weaker schedule garners the better pick.
