Maybe it takes time for that, but right now this team does not have a leader, and that include the coach. All you get out of MM is politically correct garbage. Did you watch the second game yesterday between the Steelers & Ravens? Talk about smash mouth football. It is good thing we are not playing one of those teams, we would get killed. To be a winner, you need to play like a winner, you need to finish games like a winner. Nobody, I mean nobody on this team can do that. I will quote Bill Parcells. "You are what your record says you are." We are a sub par team period. I don't think it is all because of #4, too many other players on the team for that. but I do think it is lack of leadership from TT down. For an organization to offer a bribe of 20M to a player they were afraid of and did not want back, says a lot about this organization.
