Defensive tackle Johnny Jolly of the Packers appeared in front of a judge in a Houston courtroom Tuesday with the intention of defending himself against felony drug charges filed after his arrest July 8 outside a Houston nightclub. Jolly has had the option of pleading out or reaching a plea agreement, but it appears he and his attorney intend to take the case to trial to prove his innocence. The judge in the case set a trial date of March 27.
