“I want to give Aaron Rodgers every chance to play in the game.” Those were the words by Packers coach Mike McCarthy today as he talked about his QB, who will now NOT throw till Friday to see if he can try and play against the Falcons. At first it was said that Rodgers would throw today and see how his sprained shoulder would be, but instead, now they will wait to re-examine him on Friday and see if he can at least practice. If Rodgers cannot throw on Friday, it will probably be Matt Flynn or Brian Brohm that gets the start. Both rookie backups got most of the work in practice today.
