Shareholders Want Answers For Favre Situation

Despite promises that both would be available to answer questions following the Packers Thursday Shareholders’ Meeting, president and CEO Mark Murphy and general manager Ted Thompson tried to avoid the crowds at Lambeau Field. More than a full hour after the meeting ended, the duo finally came to the stadium’s atrium where they were bombarded with comments and questions regarding Brett Favre’s future. Thompson signed autographs, but declined to answer questions about Favre, who is seeking a release or trade despite retiring in March.
