To the best of my knowledge Rogers has never started a game. As a back up Rogers has been on IR what three times. Compare that to none for Farve. Sitting someone of Farves ability to an unproven Rogers is hard to believe. Sounds like Thompson got his feelings hurt and is ready to take is ball and go home. The simple fact is, with Farve a chance at the Super Bowl is "possible". With Rogers, not this year, maybe not ever.
