Posted in While Aaron Rodgers is going to get every shot to succeed as the Packers starting QB, the team will start looking for quality backups, and today they got a visit from a possible backup, that being former Viking, Dolphin and Raiders QB Daunte Culpepper. The Green Bay Press-Gazette reports that Culpepper, who is a free agent, was in town talking to the team today. Last season in Oakland, Culpepper played in seven games, throwing for 1331 yards, 5 TD’s and 5 picks. He has played in three different cities the last three years, and over that time has thrown 13 TD’s and 20 picks. He may be a short-term solution and will come cheap to the Pack as a backup.
