Two of the Green Bay Packers’ “exclusive-rights” players – tight end Tory Humphrey and fullback John Kuhn – were signed this week, according to the NFL’s internal transaction wire; Humphrey, a 3rd year pro, is a backup tight end. He spent all of last season on the shelf because of a broken bone in his ankle and had spent 7 games in 2006 on the injured reserve list because of a hamstring injury. Kuhn was picked up from the waiver wire by the Packers after the Pittsburgh Steelers cut him last season at the end of training camp.
