Packers Sign OL Joe Toledo

The Pack made a minor roster move today, signing offensive lineman Joe Toledo.  He played his college ball at Washington, but only started six games in college, and has not played an NFL game in two seasons due to being hurt.  He was drafted in the 4th round of the 2006 draft by the Dolphins.  He won the UW Most Outstanding Freshman Award back in 2002.  The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel says that Toledo could be a fit in the teams zone blocking scheme.

Joe Toledo only started six games as offensive tackle for Washington, however he started 23 games total at Washington. He was a tight end before switching to offensive tackle in 2005.
