Favre Says “No Thanks” to the Pro Bowl

Posted by Matt Loede on January 25th, 2008 filed in News

Brett Favre has decided to skip the Pro Bowl. No reason has been given for Favre’s decision not to take part in the February 10th exhibition game in Honolulu. Favre was the fans’ number one pick to start in the Pro Bowl, with New England quarterback Tom Brady coming in second in fan voting. Tampa Bay’s Jeff Garcia will replace Favre on the NFC roster. Either Tony Romo or Matt Hasselbeck will start at quarterback for the NFC.
