Week Rate: $10,000 p/week (that’s $1425 p/day!!!)
Additional Days: $1200 p/day (days beyond the weekly rental rate only)
Fully Furnished.

Fresh Linens and Towels, All the appliances you’ll need, the flatware, dishes, pots and pans you’ll need if you wish to cook (We’ll even do some custom grocery shopping for you before you arrive if you’d like (Just email us a grocery list 2 days before you arrive.)

Dates Available: January 28 thru February 9th
(there is some flexibility in those dates, please inquire if you have a question)

Reservation Deposit: $2000 (Non Refundable, but will be credited toward the
total cost of the rental. No refund if Cancelled.

Security Deposit: $2000 (Refundable. This will be refunded 7 days after your visit end and the property is inspected and free of any damage)

Cleaning Deposit: $300 (Non Refundable) *** NO PETS, NO SMOKING INDOORS ***

-Reservation Deposit is due at time of Reservation Acceptance.
-Security Deposit is due at time of SIgning of Rental Agreement.
-Total Rental Cost (minus the Reservation Deposit) is due at signing of Rental Aggreement
