Packers’ quarterback Brett Favre has been named the 2007 “Sports Illustrated” Sportsman of the Year. You’ll see Brett smiling from the cover of the magazine which hits the newsstands tomorrow. Favre has started in 249 consecutive games. The magazine also recognized Favre’s philanthropy. His Fourward Foundation has donated more than 4-million-dollars to charities.
