Bears Will Start Orton vs Pack

Bears coach Lovie Smith says he’ll start quarterback Kyle Orton against the Packers on Sunday, and hope that he plays better than he did Monday night against the Vikings.  Brett Favre, of course, will start for the pack.   But, it’s unclear whether backup QB Aaron Rodgers will play.  Rodgers is recovering from a hamstring injury.  He threw well in the quarterback’s deep passing segment of practice, but is likely to remain the third quarterback for the third consecutive game.  Coach Mike McCarthy says he doesn’t know if it would be smart to play Aaron this week. He says the playoff run is his big-picture focus.
