Green Bay Packers' Will Blackmon (27), Rob Davis (60), Jarrett Bush (24) and John Kuhn (30) go after a loose ball during the second half of an NFL football game against the Oakland Raiders Sunday, Dec. 9, 2007, in Green Bay, Wis. Blackmon recovered the fumble in the end zone for a touchdown. The Packers won 38-7.

Punt returner Will Blackmon won the NFC special teams award for the week.  He became the first player since 1974 to return a punt and a fumble for scores in the same game.  Scouts, Inc. rates Brett Favre as the third-best quarterback in the NFL behind Tom Brady and Peyton Manning.  Tony Romo was ranked fourth and Ben Roethlisberger was number five. Packers backup Aaron Rodgers was ranked number 30. The Packers were awarded defensive tackle Conrad Bolston Wednesday, off waivers from the Minnesota Vikings.
