Packerland Is Abuzz About Big Game

Here in Packerland, everyone is buzzing about tonight’s big game. Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo grew up in Burlington, leaving the loyalties of the football fans in that community divided. Dallas Mayor Tom Leppert and Green Bay Mayor Jim Schmitt are making a wager on tonight’s game. Leppert is betting a pound of Sonny Bryan’s barbecue and some Texas sweet tea for each point in the margin of victory. Leppert says he is confident that Terrell Owens and Tony Romo will make sure that the Texas barbecue will stay where it’s appreciated. If the Cowboys win, Schmitt will send ten pounds of Sargento cheese and a gift basket of football-shaped summer sausage .
