The Packers say running back Ryan Grant will start against Kansas City on Sunday, after he rushed for 104 yards against Denver on Monday night. DeShawn Wynn is out for the season with injuries. That leaves two backup positions behind Grant. Vernand Morency will fill one of them, and Brandon Jackson will fill the other. Coach Mike McCarthy says he expects the rookie to play a prominent role, serving as the situational runner. Jackson had been inactive the past four weeks, first due to an injury and then because he was surpassed on the depth chart.
