Florida rookie running back DeShawn Wynn, the Packers’ leading rusher, sat out practice Tuesday with a neck spasm. Wynn missed most of training camp with a quadriceps injury. Some scouts questioned Wynn’s toughness coming out of Florida and that may be why he lasted until the seventh round of the draft.
