Packers wide receiver Koren Robinson is being reinstated by the NFL.  General manager Ted Thompson said the team received word the wideout’s suspension would end today.  Thompson said the Packers would request a roster exemption and would see whether Robinson was in shape to play.  Robinson was suspended last October for his second violation of the league’s Substance Abuse Policy.
