Packers to Continue Search Within for new President/CEO

Word is the Pack is not exactly ready to elevate John Jones to the position of President and CEO of the team. Reports say that the team will make the decision in the coming months, and that the team is now likely to go within the organization and explore other candidates from within. One person the team will talk to is 46-year-old Andrew Brandt. Brandt, who currently serves as vice president of player finance/general counsel, was a highly regarded sports agent at Boston-based Bob Woolf Associates in the 1990s before making the switch to the team side of the business. Former Packers CEO Bob Harlan said the team could have a new CEO in place by the early weeks of the regular season.
